We are seeking a highly skilled Lead SAP Logistics Consultant to oversee and drive logistics execution processes across complex SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage critical logistics functions, and architect innovative SAP solutions to ensure seamless project delivery.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of SAP consultants across onshore, offshore, nearshore, and global teams, supporting Level 2 Logistics Execution business processes, including Materials Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Quality Management, and Production Planning.
  • Develop and finalize Knowledge Acquisition Plans for the SAP Logistics Execution (LE) module, conducting Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and fostering team commitment to project goals.
  • Understand and analyze complex business processes, including SAP core modules and integrated systems and other custom configurations.
  • Manage multiple assignments, making timely decisions to meet project deliverables
  • Drive business process improvements and architect solutions for SAP S/4HANA
  • Provide support for SAP Logistics modules (MM, WM, PP, LE) through incident management, change request resolutions, enhancements, and problem management.
  • Configure enterprise structures, and critical logistics processes such as inbound/outbound workflows, batch management, and capacity planning.
  • Deliver support services (incident resolution, service requests, and enhancement delivery) against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SAP Logistics modules such as (MM, WM, PP, LE, SCM, TM)
  • 10+ years of delivery SAP projects with strong experience in Logistics SAP projects
  • Proven experience leading teams and delivering high-impact projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and its integration with other systems and modules.
  • Hands-on expertise in configuring and optimizing enterprise structures and logistics workflows for (MM, WM, PP, LE, SCM, TM)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional project teams.
