Position Summary: The Campaign Manager, Programmatic is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns. The aim is to enhance campaign performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up campaigns in Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) like Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, etc.
  • Manage creative uploads and assignments for multiple media formats.
  • Optimize campaigns based on various performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to campaign setup checklists and provide final approvals.
  • Implement Brand Safety measures and generate necessary conversion pixels.
  • Create performance reports and address potential challenges or opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to tagging and reporting with clients.
  • Participate in reporting discussions with planning and marketing teams.
  • Escalate issues and recommend testing new platforms for campaign improvement.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in advertising/marketing or relevant experience in programmatic/digital advertising.
  • Minimum one year in programmatic or ad operations.
  • Knowledge of analytics, ad journey tools, and campaign management.
  • Strong skills in Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
  • Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work independently.
