The Project Manager, Minor Capital Maintenance in the Public Works – Transportation department is responsible for overseeing minor road maintenance projects throughout the region. This is a regular full-time position with a competitive salary.

Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Edmonton, AB. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
– Provide information about products and services, as well as process orders and returns
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and effective manner
– Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
– Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
