This role will act as a subject matter expert within the group on all aspects of customer experience as it relates to mobile marketing and introduce mobile-first approaches into wider marketing campaigns.The Digital Marketing Mobile Operations Manager will be the go-to expert on a broad range of mobile tactics including SMS, mobile analytics, notifications, alerts, mobile wallet and other evolving mobile-first tactics.
