Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with strong Healthcare domain experience to join our team in QEA practice. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Facets, Facets – Claim portfolio, Azure cloud Migration and Agile methodologies along with domain experience in Payer Healthcare domain. We have been ranked #1 for Market Impact by Everest Group four times in a row and ranked #1 for completeness of vision, test advisory and Digital Business Assurance in Gartner Magic Quadrant!In this role, you will:· Lead the testing efforts for projects involving Application Lifecycle upgrades and Infrastructure lifecycle upgrades through the client IT landscape.· Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.· Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results to stakeholders.· Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency.· Build Test Automation Script and contribute in integration the scripts into the overall DevOps CICD pipeline.· Monitor and track testing progress and provide regular updates to project managers.· Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):
- Overall, 12 to 14 years of IT experience focused on QA software testing preferably in the Healthcare domain.
- Possess strong expertise in Healthcare Facets and Facets – Claims modules.
- Have extensive experience in the Payer domain.
- Conduct thorough testing of Facets Claims and Billing modules to identify and resolve defects.
- Working knowledge in Java and Python languages
- Hands-on experience in either of Selenium, Playwright, Katalon, Groovy scripting.
- Have some understanding on Robotic process Automation.
What will help you stand out (preferred skills):
- Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.
- Experience in GitHub and CICD pipeline is preferred.
- Exposure to MS Azure Cloud migration projects is a plus.
