The Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate the Molson Coors Beverage Company commercial creative and production capability to become First Choice for Consumers and Customers providing the strategic execution in key regions.
  • Works close with Studio Lead, Marketing Production and Studio Marketing Production to define, update, and maintain Marketing Production team processes.
  • Lead the design and development of retail and point-of-sale materials, including displays, signage, promotional materials, and packaging collateral. Ensure that all artwork complies with industry-specific and regional specific requirements and regulations.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Post-Secondary degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of print, digital and creative graphic design experience.
  • Advance knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps.
  • Experience with 3D/rendering software, motion graphics and animation, and Adobe Workfront are all assets.
  • Experience in alcohol/beverage or consumer packaged goods preferred.

You will engage in real-world problem-solving and be immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns.The internship is full-time, beginning in May through August. Upon graduation interns may be eligible for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company.The Responsibilities:Experience sales team training to develop your professional skill set with a focus on sales and marketing, the consumer, and analyticsMerchandising – Setting up signage, merchandise and promotional materials at accounts and events.Sampling – Execute consumer samplings of our existing brands and innovations at events or in a retail setting.Reporting – Understanding and identifying business performance, distribution, and volume opportunities within on-premises customers.Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with our consumers, customers, and members within your community.Communicate findings regarding industry trends, potential business opportunities to the Sales teamYou will be part of a small group that will be responsible to present key insights and recommendations to build on the role of SUMMER FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE, and present to MCBC Leaders at the end of the summerThe Other Qualifications:You are a third or fourth year pursuing a University or College degreeYou have the ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends and light travelYou have a valid driver’s license with no limitations/restrictions.
