MOVE was created to break down these barriers and foster a sense of belonging through movement. With both virtual and in-person classes available across Canada, the program ensures accessibility for all participants. MOVE is completely free, adaptive to individual needs, and provides ongoing participation until the participant graduates from the program. Additionally, the MOVE Program Specialist oversees the MOVE Ambassador Program and organizes monthly events to foster community engagement. Through collaboration, this role helps identify program needs, enhance development, and support participant retention and long-term sustainability.GoodLife Kids Foundation is a registered charity in Canada. We are looking for a marketing and communications leader to lead our marketing and communications team. This is a strategic, yet tactical leadership role that oversees the marketing department of BPTN. In this role you will be responsible for the overall development, integration, and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy, along with a broad range of marketing programs that support strategic organizational initiatives, including launch plans for products and strategic initiatives, stewardship over BPTN’s corporate website and community platform, PR & communications and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to ensure global reach. Core responsibilities
– Design, develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy for the organization.
– Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, including managing the day-to-day activities of the department including the development and monitoring of team KPIs.
– Establish a web strategy that creates cohesion among our web properties and a consistent brand experience
– Oversee BPTN’s growth marketing acquisition to deliver growth at scale leveraging paid and organic channels such as: partnerships, social media, website, SEO/SEM and new uncharted territories.
– Monitoring and analyzing all online metrics for performance data, as well as provide actionable plans for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
– Develop a multi-channel strategy that encompasses both inbound and outbound marketing to drive member and client (partner) acquisition
– Develop persona-based user journeys to deliver relevant experiences across digital properties, leveraging marketing automation to move visitors through the funnel and drive engagement depending on the audience segment
– Ensure there is a carefully thought-out launch plan, flawlessly executed, for all major product releases and events
– Bring best practices in B2B, B2C, and SaaS marketing to the table.
– Use data to analyze our marketing efforts and prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the Executive Leadership Team.
– Design, research, and lead execution of growth strategy for new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient way.
– Partner closely with the Head of Sales to build campaigns and solutions that drive business growth.
– Lead rapid, iterative experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable programs
