JOB SUMMARY:
As an integral part of the D-Link Canada team, this position will be responsible for managing e-commerce business across Amazon, other e-commerce online accounts and select regional accounts that will result in the delivery of sales and profit growth of existing and new products. Experience working with Amazon and/or other e-commerce sites is required.
· Develop, maintain, and lead execution of e-commerce strategies to support revenue and brand goals
· Collaborate closely with marketing team to develop online strategy, identify strategic opportunities to invest in future growth and drive brand presence
· Follow and track competitive pricing closely to monitor any shifts in the market
· Build strategic relationships with all of the key players within Amazon and other e-commerce partners
· Consistently review inventory positions on all D-Link SKU’s for replenishment opportunities
· Develop comprehensive promotional strategies and campaigns to drive revenue and growth objectives across Amazon and D-Link’s direct to consumer marketplaces
· Closely work with product management team and marketing to develop new product launch plans and successfully manage product transitions
· Maintain channel integrity by monitoring pricing
· Bring forward recommendations and suggestions to management on opportunities to help grow the revenue within Amazon and other e-Commerce sites
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
- Self-starter who can work independently with confidence and initiative and be a strong team player
- Well organized with ability to work efficiently, prioritize and problem solve
- Clear understanding of the intricacies of the e-tail channel and an ability to navigate the complexities of Amazon managing promotion schedules and measuring ROI for various activities, balancing investments vehicles like AMG and AMS
- Knowledge of various e-commerce marketplaces
- Finely tuned negotiation and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication, Excel and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
