- Project: To solution, build, deliver and operationalize personalization capability at scale within the Martech space leveraging Adobe products – Onboarding of Customer Data Platform and Adobe Journey Optimize, Adobe Experience Platform. BSA will be delivering personalization at scale capabilities within the organization leverage Adobe Suite of products
Must Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- 1+ years’ experience working with Adobe Experience Platform
- 5+ years’ experience with onboarding and operationalizing SAAS platforms
- 3+ years’ experience with system security requirements
- 2+ years’ experience working with customer data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze – please list which)
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience working with Adobe Marketing platforms (specifically Adobe Customer data platform & Adobe Journey Manager)
- Experience with microapps and Microservices architecture
- Experience with WebServices- RESTFUL / SOAP (JSON)- OpenAPI, Node.js, databases (SQL, NoSQL), Kubernetes, Google Cloud platforms and OAuth2.0
- Demonstrated expertise in system and platform security requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred – working experience more important
Typical Day in Role:
- Elicit and document business requirements from internal and external partners (Requirements Traceability matrix (RTMs), User Stories, Use Case, etc.) for onboarding and operationalizing Adobe marketing platforms (Adobe Customer data platform & Adobe Journey Manager)
- Map business processes and roles to activities (workflow diagrams, Responsible, Accountable, Informed matrix (RACI), etc.)
- Support change management for marketing platforms
- Support user prevision and management

- Ideal candidate has implemented personalization at scale capabilities in another large organization; if they have done that with Adobe Suite of Products that will be a big asset; strong soft skills for stakeholder management
