Job description: s a Human Resources Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and projects. The position begins with a proper training period of 4-6 weeks, with the potential to transition into a temporary to permanent role based on performance.Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry tasks related to employee information, payroll, and benefits using systems such as Salesforce, Workday, and Dayforce
- Support talent acquisition efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and participating in recruitment events.
Aid in change management initiatives by preparing communication materials, conducting research, and assisting with training sessions. * Collaborate with HR team members on administrative tasks including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining HR databases.
- Contribute to project management activities by assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects.
Provide support in payroll processing by verifying timekeeping records, calculating wages, and addressing payroll inquiries.Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent communication skills(French: required), both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm for learning about various HR functions and processes.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about leveraged tools such as Salesforce, Workday, Dayforce.
- Prior experience or coursework in HR-related fields is a plus.
