- Lead cross-functional project teams to structure and execute a range of analyses and develop executive-level recommendations, including but not limited to market sizing and opportunity analysis, benchmarking and positioning, build vs buy analyses, etc.
- Deep expertise in building and evangelizing compelling, data-driven business cases across diverse areas.
- Can bridge the gap between strategy and execution – driving product definition, prioritization, execution and evangelization of strategic projects as needed. Can act as quarterback across multiple cross-functional teams to drive forward strategic initiatives like international expansion or penetrating a new segment.
- Masterful communicator: Support executive narratives that communicate the overall strategy and how we are executing against our strategy.
- Establish frameworks, playbooks and tools for effectively managing horizontal projects across a matrixed organization and achieving goals.
