Purpose
In this position you’ll work with a sales team to support business development for international cash management solutions. You will have the opportunity to play an important and strategic role in demonstrating the value add of Global Solutions to corporate multinational clients and prospects.
The Associate will help the team deliver on the Bank’s New Way Forward strategy and focus on multinationals across the Americas. What You’ll Do:

  • Directly supporting the Associate Director in developing new business opportunities throughout the LATAM and Caribbean footprint
  • Evaluating and analyzing the CMS needs of corporate clients, including the development of growing cash management business in LATAM
  • Guide the Proposal Writing Team and GTB Marketing teams to create, enhance, and adapt marketing materials and presentations for clients
  • Prepare client presentations, including compiling data and assembling presentation materials for RFP/RFIs

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of International Cash Management experience
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of domestic and international Treasury and Cash Management Services such as domestic and cross-border payments, collections, SWIFT, electronic banking and ACH networks
  • Sound understanding of the Bank’s structure and contacts across multiple functional areas and adept at building strategic relationships
  • A University degree preferably in business, finance or related discipline.
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation is an asset
  • Strong MS PowerPoint skills to update client presentations, pitches and proposals
