  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables for two large-scale grant-funded education initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Engage and collaborate with educators, community leaders, funding partners, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Budget & Grant Compliance: Track and manage project budgets, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and financial accountability.
  • Program Delivery Oversight: Ensure the design and implementation of workshops, training sessions, and digital resources meet project goals and objectives.
  • Impact Measurement & Reporting: Track program effectiveness and produce reports for funders and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Marketing & Outreach Support: Assist in promoting the initiatives through strategic communication and engagement with partners.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the Advocacy team in furthering the organization’s mission.

YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:

  • Experience in PRoject Management with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deeply committed to the goals of the organization, including fighting antisemitism and promoting Holocaust education.
  • A knowledge and understanding of antisemitism both historical and modern, and the ability to speak about it intelligently and with nuance.
  • Strong interest in and knowledge of Jewish human rights issues; discrimination and hate; and antisemitism advocacy.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
  • Self-motivated and decisive with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Post-secondary education in Project Management, Education, Human Rightsm Political Science, or related.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in an educational, nonprofit, or advocacy setting.
  • Familiarity with grant-funded programs, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Understanding the importance of educating the public about the Holocaust and antisemitism, with the ability to effectively communicate its significance in both educational and advocacy settings.
  • Experience working with educators, policymakers, community leaders, or Jewish organizations is an asset.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
