What are we looking for?

With over 25 years of experience in web radiology, RamSoft is dedicated to delivering award-winning, fully customizable, feature-rich solutions for healthcare providers around the world. We’re currently seeking a Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team!

The successful candidate will have prior experience creating marketing campaigns and measuring their performance, organizing events, and managing analytics, among other activities. Note: Due to COVID19, the majority of our team is working from home. Interviews for this position will be conducted by phone and video. RamSoft is based in downtown Toronto, and this role is open to both local and remote candidates.

What will you do?*

Collaborate in the creation and planning of marketing strategy and campaigns, and monitor performance.

  • Manage and control analytics for advertising, website, Salesforce and HubSpot campaigns to measure performance and suggest improvements.
  • Organize events: communicate with organizers/vendors to get information, ensure that deadlines are met, and specifications are considered. Create and manage a checklist for every event.
  • ~5-10% travel; attend tradeshows as required and organize activities and logistics at the booth.
  • Collaborate in the creation of the media mix per advertising campaign, create the relationship with advertising vendors and ensure that deadlines are met for campaign launches.
  • Improve SEO performance and manage its maintenance.
  • Collaborate in major cross-departmental activities.
  • Generate ideas for campaigns to increase the number of qualified leads.
  • Propose department processes and software improvements as needed.
  • Oversee social media accounts and interact with visitors.
  • Propose and set A/B testing for campaigns to establish best practices.
  • Assist in content revisions as needed.
  • Assist the marketing manager with tasks as needed.
  • Help identify trends in the market to improve marketing communication, strategies, and programs.
  • Other related duties as assigned

What will you bring to RamSoft?*

A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, and/or experience working in a Marketing related field for more than 5 years.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO and SEM.
  • Experience collaborating in the creation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Ability collaborating with designers and copywriters.
  • Strong tech-savvy and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools.
  • Ability to target audiences with the right media and messages.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand RamSoft’s products, features, and services.
  • Great capacity to work with a team and independently.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Prior work experience with the Shopify e-commerce platform
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and or Liquid (Shopify’s front-end language)
  • Prior experience with Klaviyo or similar email automation software
  • Comfortable with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating creative assets for both the website and marketing efforts. Graphic design experience is a big plus!
