- Own the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability improvement across our mobility portfolio
- Lead crossfunctional initiatives to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through datadriven insights and strategic recommendations
- Provide commercial leadership for major business initiatives including new product launches, competitive responses, and market expansion opportunities
- Manage and develop a team of commercial analysts and strategists, ensuring they deliver high quality analysis and actionable recommendations
- Partner closely with pricing, product, sales, and finance teams to ensure commercial strategies are integrated and aligned with broader business objectives
- Conduct deepdive analysis on market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to identify commercial opportunities and threats
- Present commercial performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive committees
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, finance, and operations
- Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, tools, and capabilities to enhance decisionmaking speed and quality
QualificationsWhat you bring to the team:
- Postsecondary degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or similar education/experience with strong analytical and business focus
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, consulting, or related analytical roles, preferably in telecommunications or technology
- Proven track record of driving measurable commercial outcomes through strategic initiatives and analytical insights
- Strong leadership experience managing and developing highperforming teams
- Deep understanding of mobility industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer behavior
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership audiences
- Experience with financial modeling, business case development, and ROI analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies with ability to work with large datasets
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
