The successful candidate will plan, organize, and manage preproduction, production, and postproduction of videography, photography and other content.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performing photography and videography at select locations to gather content
  • Manage all multimedia publications, preproduction, production, and post-production
  • Research and create timely, engaging content to promote the company’s services and values
  • Plan, organize and manage preproduction, production, and postproduction of videography, photography, and other content
  • Schedule and coordinate with other professionals that are needed to complete the projects
  • Working to promote Flex Point Security Ltd. across all social media platforms
  • Growing our social media platforms through engaging community and our employees
  • Managing content scheduling and publishing content across Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
  • Maintain and improve the company’s web content
  • Bringing new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise – including print material
  • Facilitating online conversations and responding to comments/queries
  • Weekly reporting on performance of social media platforms
  • Creating/updating recruitment and onboarding materials
  • Creating/updating training materials
  • Managing on-line learning platform
  • As needed, assist with optimization projects that have the goal of improving FPS workflows, standard operating procedures, processes, and tasks
  • Additional administrative duties may be required.

Organization Responsibilities:

  • At all times, maintain the confidentiality of all information relative to Flex Point operations and staff
  • At all times, maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive customer information
  • Represent and promote the values and vision of FPS both internally and externally, while following all FPS policies and procedures
  • At all times, maintain a professional, courteous, and diplomatic level of communication, whether by phone, email or face-to- face
  • Complete other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by management
  • Coordinates scheduling with Coordinator, Supervisors and Management as required to ensure that operational requirements are not interrupted

Successful Candidate have proven ability to:

  • Organize all production essential personnel, schedules, and budgets
  • Resolving day to day issues regarding coordinating activities
  • Manage production budget(s)
  • Organizing location/set props, equipment, and crew for specific shoot
  • Managing required paperwork and sign-offs
  • Schedule and manage team
  • Coordinate all types of projects
  • Purchase needed equipment within budget
  • Maintain media equipment
  • Optimize workflows, sops, processes, and tasks

Most importantly the successful candidate will be able and willing to work with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Communications, Social Media, Business, PR, or related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience an asset
  • A team player with the confidence to lead and work independently and collaboratively with others
  • An effective communicator, technologically savvy, creative & innovative
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Working knowledge of image and video editing software
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office

POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of the Axis team, The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Axis products and market goals. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures. The Digital Marketing Specialist will utilize sound judgment in planning and experience to accomplish identified goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.
  • Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
  • Interfacing with the Sales team to launch PR campaingns, events, retail and business products.
  • Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, including Axisautofinance.com (home page and top-level sections), social networking landing pages, and mobile application.
  • Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
  • Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
  • In depth knowledge of SEO and adwords programs.
  • Presenting recommendations to management for Marketing and Communications.
  • Developing and coordinating multimedia packages

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphics related field.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing within the automotive or fintech industry.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
  • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services.
