Qualifications
- Working towards a degree or diploma in a communications field.
- Strong written communication and collaboration skills.

What you will do
- Support the pursuits & proposals team with the development and delivery of innovative proposals
- Write and edit proposal documents that are focused and innovative in both approach and creative execution
- Work with other areas of practice in marketing (i.e. Creative, Research, Function & Industry Marketing, Key Accounts, etc.) to achieve proposal objectives
- Ensure that written submissions meet RFP requirements and are KPMG Brand and Regulatory compliant
- Undertake compliance and editorial reviews in support of the department requirements
- Assist in the preparation of clients/bidders meetings and oral presentation materials
- Comfortable with e-Submissions and the use of technology as a whole
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in English, Journalism, Commerce or other related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in proposal and/or business writing in which sales skills are required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to create and modify styles in Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with procurement sites
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong project management skills
- Detail-oriented and exceptional collaboration skills
- Social media and technology savvy (i.e. navigate third-party submission applications, develop digital proposals, update internal portals, etc.)
- Capable to work effectively within deadlines and short-time frames
