The Retail Development Project Manager oversees Retail Construction Projects, working closely with the Design Team and consultants to coordinate project scope.
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate delivery
– Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed
– Assisting with inventory management and restocking products
– Providing support to the sales team as needed
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
