The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have previous recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and determine hiring needs
– Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications
– Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
– Coordinate with hiring managers to make final hiring decisions
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system
– Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed
– Provide feedback and recommendations on recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
– Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with hiring managers
– Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
