Design and execute targeted social media, YouTube, and digital awareness campaigns to enhance brand visibility, reach broad audiences, and drive engagement.
Oversee and optimize large-scale campaigns to achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs, including Lead Volumes, CPL, CPA, Impression Share, Impressions, and Reach.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and ensure alignment with marketing goals, offers, and initiatives.
Develop bidding strategies to maximize ROAS within campaign budgets, managing complex budgets across multiple markets and lines of business.
Partner with SEO, website, analytics, and product teams to align paid and organic search strategies and ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms to track campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Implement a continuous testing framework for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive ongoing campaign improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitive landscapes to maintain cutting-edge and effective campaigns.What do you bring?Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience managing paid search and digital campaigns, with a demonstrable track record of driving growth and optimizing performance.
Expertise in Google Ads (all formats), Meta Ads, and other similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and budget management.
Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present findings to leadership.
Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
