Black & McDonald Limited is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Saskatoon, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Key responsibilities include:

– Answering and directing phone calls
– Organizing and scheduling appointments
– Writing and distributing emails, letters, faxes and forms
– Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Developing and maintaining a filing system
– Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
