Title: Store Manager

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year
Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking a Store Manager to join their team in Regina, Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store operations to ensure the achievement of sales, customer service, and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute business plans and strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
– Provide leadership and direction to store staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiencies
– Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, such as sales, inventory, and expenses, and take actions to improve performance as necessary
– Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
