Office Manager – Finance Team

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing the administrative staff, and supporting the finance team with various tasks.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
– Supervise and support administrative staff
– Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the finance team
– Process and maintain financial documents and records
– Assist with budget planning and expense tracking
– Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for finance team members
– Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
– Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed
– Handle confidential information and sensitive documents

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
– Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in MS Office and other office management software
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
– Knowledge of financial processes and procedures is a plus
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
