Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in building products to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Studies, along with over 5 years of relevant sales experience in the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share within the building products sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and distributors to promote product offerings.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the building products market.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, sales tools, and campaigns that effectively communicate product benefits.
- Provide technical support and product training to customers and internal staff to enhance knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales within the building products industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
