Job Description: Marketing POP & Signage Installation Assistant

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist with the installation of Marketing Point of Purchase (POP) displays and signage for sales events and other promotional activities. This role is essential in ensuring that our marketing materials effectively enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation Support: Assist in the setup and installation of marketing POP and signage for various sales events and promotional activities, ensuring all displays are visually appealing and mission-aligned.

  • Showroom Audit Reaction: Respond to showroom audits, covering aspects such as Visual Merchandising, Marketing compliance, Mattress displays, RFID equipment, and Truck setups.

  • Feedback Implementation: Ensure all feedback from showroom audits is addressed promptly, facilitating necessary improvements and adjustments to enhance overall compliance and customer experience.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand objectives and strategies, contributing creative ideas that enhance promotional efforts.

  • Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain the integrity and appearance of all marketing signage and displays, ensuring they remain in optimal condition.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to diverse marketing needs.
  • Prior experience in retail merchandising, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

  • Create daily blogs and social media posts

  • Review user-generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner
  • Respond to comments when appropriate to foster a positive community and add value

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • College diploma, at a minimum
  • Educational background in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or English preferred
  • Excellent command of (written) English, including strong copywriting and editing skills (SEO-oriented writing is an asset)
  • Exceptional oral and interpersonal abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Social Media Advertising platforms (including paid advertising) – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.
  • Experience with WordPress is an asset
  • Must possess superior organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong sense of urgency and meeting deadlines, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
