Why you may like working with us (and why you might not):
- We are fully remote with core hours – and that won’t change. It allows us flexibility to work with clients globally and meet our personal commitments. However, this may not work for you if you mostly gain your energy collaborating in person or have a restricted personal schedule.
- We are data-driven. We leverage data from our ATS to track and report our progress. We create context around the numbers based on market trends, industry insights, and client specifics. If running reports and analyzing data isn’t your thing, no worries—we have an Operations team to do that. But if drawing data-based conclusions and recommendations isn’t your thing, this role might be tough for you.
- Our values and our mission mean everything to us. These guiding principles drive our employee experience and how we build our company culture. We call our values “The B’s.” BE AN ALLY. BE AWESOME. BE MEMORABLE. BE EMPOWERED. BE A THOUGHT LEADER. If you’re not passionate about recruitment and driving change and innovation in our industry, then our goals may not be aligned.
- We know recruitment can be like a roller coaster ride. If you can celebrate the highs and learn from the lows, responding to the changing needs of the recruitment market and our clients, you will thrive. If you need firm project end dates and predictability, you might find adapting to the pace here harder.
- We have technology and processes, and we are agile. We use a unique tech stack to do our work but equally prioritize human-to-human, responsive communication. Our processes are based on deep insights and expertise. We continue to iterate on what does and doesn’t work. When a decision needs to be made quickly, we empower our team to take ownership and respond rapidly. If the idea of learning a new tool, picking up the phone or taking the initiative makes you nervous, this might not be the most comfortable role for you.
- You will elevate your recruiting experience. You will work with local, national, and global companies in some of the most impactful industry sectors, recruiting for positions up to the C-Suite level. If working with multiple client profiles and a wide range of roles sounds overwhelming, this may not be the best fit for you.
