Position Overview:
As an Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of retail events and demonstrations that elevate brand visibility and engage consumers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative marketing strategies, manage logistics, and ensure seamless execution of events. Your passion for experiential marketing and your keen attention to detail will help bring our clients’ visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design and execute compelling event concepts that align with marketing goals.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and takedown to guarantee a smooth operation.
- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and event partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Support the development of promotional materials and digital content to enhance event presence.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to innovate and improve event offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or a related role preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a plus.
- A passion for experiential marketing and a knack for creative problem-solving.
