Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Learning Specialist to oversee multiple priorities and locations across 1-3 distinct districts. This role requires proficiency with digital learning tools and technologies to enhance educational experiences and promote effective learning.
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Learning Implementation: Utilize and manage digital learning tools and technologies to develop and execute innovative educational programs across various locations.

Partnership Development: Cultivate and foster strong partnerships with the Retail Brand Marketing team and other stakeholders to seamlessly integrate brand activations into the learning experience.

Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all initiatives align with organizational goals and meet district-specific needs.

Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to educators and staff on the effective use of digital learning technologies, ensuring seamless integration into everyday practice.

Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with digital learning tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of brand marketing principles and experience collaborating with marketing teams is a plus.
