The iRide Specialist at FlyOver Canada reports to the Technical Manager and is responsible for overseeing the iRide attraction, maintaining inventory levels for parts and consumables, and assisting with operator training.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Construction Manager to join our team. The Pre-Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pre-construction process, including estimating, budgeting, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
– Work closely with the project team to develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
– Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for potential projects
– Review and analyze construction documents and specifications
– Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain bids and proposals
– Participate in design review and value engineering efforts
– Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
– Assist in developing accurate and detailed project schedules
– Ensure that all pre-construction activities are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in pre-construction management
– Strong knowledge of construction practices, methods, and materials
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
