Job description: Were looking for a Client Service Coordinator in the pediatric healthcare industry.Our client is a purpose-driven organization that helps children with learning challenges in a homecare setting. They are deeply mission-focused, emotionally intelligent, and committed to meaningful change for families. The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, supportive journey for families and high-quality delivery across coach services.Client Service Coordinator responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for families after enrollment.
- Provide ongoing emotional and logistical support to parents, particularly during start and midpoint of the program.
- Coordinate with a team of 30 coaches delivering in-home services to over 150 families.
- Conduct quality assurance spot checks and organize monthly coach meet-ups.
- Detect early signs of program misalignment and problem-solve with care.
- Forward financial and insurance-related questions to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain strong relationships across families and coaches with empathy and professionalism.
The successful candidate has:
- 10+ years of experience in customer service, client care, or program coordination, ideally in health, education, or social services
- A background in psychology, social work, special education, or a related field
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and a kind, persuasive communication style
- Experience working independently in a remote environment
- A high level of organization and strong instincts for resolving interpersonal dynamics
- Prior experience in a managerial or leadership support role
Compensation and benefits:
- The discussed salary range is $50,000 $60,000, depending on experience
