Job Description
Our company is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
– Answer and direct phone calls and emails
– Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
– Maintain contact lists and file organization
– Assist with preparing reports and presentations
– Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
– Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
