Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
– Utilize a range of techniques, including paid search, SEO, and PPC
– Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing efforts
– Manage and maintain the organization’s website
– Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts
– Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

The primary goal of this role is to maximize the return on investment (ROI) from advertising budgets and achieve the desired marketing objectives. As a Paid Advertising Specialist your responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across various online advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more, based on specific business goals.
- Conduct keyword research to identify the most relevant and cost-effective keywords for campaigns.
- Align SEM & SEO strategies and incorporate best practices to improve SERP
- Monitor and adjust bid strategies to optimize the cost per click (CPC) and ensure efficient ad spend.
- Set up and configure ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, ad scheduling, ad extensions and conversion tracking.

- Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably with Google Ads and other major platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager etc.).
- Experience in analyzing data, preparing reports and recommendations.
