  • Create sales sheets, marketing decks, label updates, and campaign recaps for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain various customer databases, release schedules, email distribution lists, and send out general customer correspondence as required.
  • Assist and support retail and e-commerce account managers on day-to-day tasks and data analysis associated with servicing customer needs and identifying and capitalizing on incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain and update a variety of Excel spreadsheets and shared documents based on departmental needs.
  • Work with the Frontline, Catalogue, and Distributed Label departments to facilitate new product setup in order management systems and troubleshoot any issues where required.
  • Retrieve and analyze customer POS sales data to report back internally on product sell-through, and product order opportunities.
  • Assist and support on the day-to-day tasks related to the development and maintenance of the licensed and branded Retail Merchandise and Apparel business.
  • Provide support to assist customers and grow business/revenue through the Warner Music B2B transactional website.
  • Utilize internal Warner Systems and reporting tools to monitor customer orders and ensure receipt prior to mandated deadlines.
  • Monitor on-hand inventory status across key “Top Seller” products and liaise with the Operations team to maintain an “in-stock” position.
  • Be a subject matter expert in the navigation of the Amazon.ca Vendor Central vendor portal to address business issues, pull performance and KPI reports, and provide ad-hoc data analysis upon request.
  • Create reports related to sales activity as requested.
  • Enter and organize data in Company CMS (Content Management System).
  • Assist with the execution of artist marketing campaigns as it pertains to retail organization and execution.

  • Strong knowledge across multiple genres and decades of music & a keen understanding of music trends across Canada (current and historic).
  • Strong understanding of streaming services and social media platforms.
  • Display strong verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Effectively multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve various situations.
  • Good understanding of CRM, content marketing, and other digital media skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel.
  • A strong interest in music/entertainment business.
