Job Description
Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the field of human resources? We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support the overall business goals of the company. You will be working closely with senior management to drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR plans and strategies in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives
– Drive employee engagement and promote a positive organizational culture
– Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new employees
– Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee relations issues
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant legislation
– Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies
– Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
– Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in HR management roles
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– HR certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
