Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, managing mail and emails, preparing reports and documents, and maintaining filing systems.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Maintain filing systems
– Monitor and respond to emails
– Prepare and edit documents
– Assist in the preparation of reports
– Maintain office supplies inventory
– Provide general support to visitors
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– High school diploma or equivalent
