  • Design impactful, attractive, compelling solutions using CRM Analytics.
  • Architect data and transformation processes, including dataflow and datasets, as well as create dashboards.

  • Partner with the Salesforce Admins and Developers to ensure all development meets enterprise standards.
  • Support BI Team with data analysis, statistical models, reporting insights, automation, dashboards and performance measurement to assist in developing business strategies.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for initiatives, products, and services, supervising the design and delivery of reports and insights.

  • Influencer Relations
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with local influencers while maintaining MLSE’s influencer database.
  • Identify and vet new influencers for campaigns.
  • Create strategic influencer campaigns to amplify key initiatives across diverse audiences. Processes include but are not limited to, strategy development, contracting, negotiation, brief development, and content review.
  • Oversee freelancers for the execution of partner-related influencer campaigns.
  • Media Relations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local media.
  • Identify unique storylines and media moments supporting key initiatives.
  • Draft and distribute media materials (press releases, media advisories, media pitches, key message documents).
  • Support interviews, press conferences, and media events.
  • Tracking and Reporting
  • Compile media coverage results using Meltwater.
  • Compile influencer results on a campaign-by-campaign basis.
  • Oversee monthly trackers for influencer content.
  • Draft coverage reports.

  • Oversee the intern selection process.
