Overview:
The Global C&I B2B and Product Marketing organization is accountable for providing subject matter expertise and product marketing thought leadership across Mastercard Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&I) business units
The Analyst, Global B2B & Product Marketing is a core partner within the Cyber & Risk and Experience business units and will be embedded with the different business unit teams to provide product marketing support to drive the established business strategy and goals. Key stakeholders will be product and sales leads, to ensure the development and delivery of go-to-market campaigns and materials that meet business needs and objectives.
We are looking for someone responsible for helping drive a comprehensive marketing plan focused on a wide range of marketing channels, programs and disciplines, including: content marketing, thought leadership, event marketing support, partner/channel marketing programs, product naming & brand marketing, social media engagement, multi-channel campaigns, demand generation, digital/online customer acquisition and marketing analytics/measurement.
Role
Partner with Business Unit teams to:
- Execute marketing activities to drive customer engagement, awareness, product understanding and support lead generation
- Help create and maintain marketing materials ensuring the most current narrative, positioning and data points are being leveraged and updated on all information sharing portals. This includes deck, brochure, video, infographic updates.
- Collaborate with broader marketing to maintain marketing calendar, update tracking tools, support internal reporting activities and ad hoc requests.
- Support development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns programs on most strategic verticals/use cases for Business
- Support content development that is well researched, written and closely aligned with core value propositions: product collateral, white papers, blog posts, research articles, video scripts, web site copy, social media, newsletters and various internal/external communications
- Partner with Global IMC B2B & Product Marketing, product, sales and other teams – including liaison with the regions – to drive consistency of positioning and messaging.
All About You
- 2-3 years’ experience in product management or B2B product marketing
- Understanding of the principles around B2B and B2B2C marketing
- Knowledge of payments services and cybersecurity would be beneficial
- Creative thinking, yet data driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative problem solver who operates with a sense of urgency
- Team player – ability to multitask – ability to manage ambiguity
- Strong communications skills and attention to details
- Experience with online/digital demand generation, including email marketing, social media engagement/monitoring and web site marketing is an asset. Including experience with Hubspot, Pardot, Salesforce is an asset
- Experience managing agency or internal creative partners
- Strong Microsoft Office skills PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
