Job description: Fenergo is seeking a talented and strategic digital marketer to join our growing, global Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on the engagement of leads at the top of the funnel with a view to increasing conversions as they journey through the Marketing funnel. The ideal candidate will have experience across a range of digital marketing channels both owned (email, social medial, lead nurture tracks, online forums, etc.) and paid (ads, PPC, social media). They will have a deep understanding of inbound and outbound marketing, lead generation and analytics and will know what it takes to guide prospective clients through the buyer journey.
Email
- Develop compelling email and nurturing campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and communication with our target audiences.
- Develop and communicate a global view across all email initiatives to ensure campaigns work together as part of a cohesive strategy to drive persona journey and pipeline.
- Make data-driven decisions and identify new opportunities for growth and provide concrete roadmaps for drip/nurture campaigns and triggered emails.
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing productivity of our email sends.
- Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B persona tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
- Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant domestic and international legislation (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Social Media & Paid Media
- Alongside our dedicated Digital Marketing agency, develop, execute, and continuously evaluate social media strategies, with the end goal of activating our community and driving engagement to create meaningful impact.
- Identify, create, and deliver compelling and data-driven content across owned and earned channels such as social media (LinkedIn Groups), 3rd party blogs (Medium, Finextra, Tabb Forum), surveys and more.
- Work closely with the marketing campaign managers, marketing performance and analytics team, and other key stakeholders on tracking, reporting, optimising campaigns.
Requirements
Career Experience & Qualifications
- Marketo certified
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant business area.
- 3+ years’ experience with online and virtual engagement including social media, remote engagement tactics, survey design, and more.
- Have expertise on social media analytics, understand the nuances, advantages and shortcomings of each platform and know how to utilize data in formulating a campaign strategy.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to see all the pieces and how each piece fits together to create the entire program
