  • This highly visible and influential role will have experience working across Marketing, Product Management, Technology and UI/UX Research teams.
  • This role will cover a wide scope of product marketing initiatives including paid media, market intelligence, messaging and positioning, product launch, go-to-market strategy, and thought leadership development.
  • The assets you will be designing and executing on include platform content, email, video and more. Your ultimate goal is to communicate the platform’s unique value proposition to the market and bring in new users.
  • The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of performance marketing, product marketing, messaging, and audience strategies throughout the funnel.
  • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that can hit the ground running to help shape, launch and market our platform as we continue to build out new feature functionality. We are eager to speak to those with a growth mindset and shared passion for all things digital.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify & define markets for potential roll-out
  • Create digital marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new customers. Communicate the vision and value of our new product to our users and internal teams
  • Build product messaging that sets our new product apart from others in the marketplace to give it unique selling points
  • Participate & help define customer research to gain insight into buyer personas and untapped opportunities
  • Research ways to penetrate new markets for DCP
  • Use data to make your argument.
  • Measure, measure, measure. Analyze the success of campaigns to influence the criteria of future campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams and lead the charge to engage customers
  • Work with the Pod Operations Team and the Core DCP team to understand the customer journey, the MVP customers’ needs and how DCP will solve some pain points
  • Work with marketing team to create product messaging and gain feedback
  • Build a digital marketing strategy that will start with filling the top of the funnel and as we refine our customer base and product, move to a performance marketing model.
  • Work with the Marketing team to create, execute, and deploy/deliver the required marketing assets
  • Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy, etc.
  • Create press releases and briefings
  • Research competitor pricing, marketing content, and strategies
  • Ensure Beta version are being used by customers
  • Identify an initial MVP customer base to invite
  • Create a community and moderate that community to help Beta users maximize the value of the DCP tool.
  • Work with Core DCP team to turn the Beta user insights into future feature/functionality for the Product Backlog and/or for the Pod Operations Team to improve servicing.
  • Come to the table with new and innovative marketing ideas to explore and deliver the requirements above!

Education

  • 5+ years working in a product marketing capacity – i.e. partnering with product management or engineering to represent market requirements, and as channel manager to strategize, create, execute, and support product launches and ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Previous background in B2B or B2C marketing with exposure to developer marketing or platform business models
