Position Overview
As part of our growing Digital Marketing Team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, our new Manager Marketing Partnerships will play a key role in strategy, development and execution of campaigns and partnership programs to optimize traffic and growth of our eCommerce platform. Working closely with our marketing and analytics teams, this person will be responsible for execution, optimization, and performance reporting for our SEO growth marketing campaigns with a focus on spearheading our content partnership program to optimize our link-building strategy and support our on-line growth objectives for brand awareness and sales.
A key driver of success for this individual will be their active outreach and collaboration with external partners (industry brands/websites, influencers, social community/network) to co-create engaging and relevant marketing content/campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
Growth Strategy
- Plan and execute on our strategic SEO growth digital marketing campaigns; measure and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Research and analyze competitor SEO strategies and industry trends and apply these insights to StickerYou’s growth strategies and campaigns
- Leverage existing content (ours and partners) to drive SEO focused campaigns
- Work with industry partners, influencers and social community to develop joint case studies, use cases and content that create win/win outcomes
- Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of partner marketing campaigns on sales pipeline and revenue
Link Building/Partnerships
- Audit our eCommerce platform to identify linkable prospects and develop a business development plan to optimize partnership opportunities that support SEO goals
- Analyze our target consumers, competitors and leverage these insights to develop relevant content/link building initiatives across the most relevant niches/verticals
- Identify and prospect with external brand partners to develop co-marketing partnerships that articulate a strong value proposition to support collective goals.
- Work with internal stakeholders and leadership team to develop and provide the appropriate metrics and reporting to ensure monthly/quarterly targets are being achieved (i.e. cost per link, link quality, lead growth)
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in a demand generation or digital marketing business development role
- Demonstrated experience building partner and other 3rd party relationships with a focus on successfully executing on SEO campaigns
- Track record of success directly managing demand generation campaigns
- A clear understanding of ROI analysis and proven analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, analyze results, and recommend changes
- Knowledge of best practices for sales and marketing operations, automation and workflow processes; understanding & experience of SEO driven growth campaigns
- Applied knowledge of the most current SEO/link building tactics and techniques with a rigorous approach to testing new tactics to deliver on performance goals.
- Basic level of knowledge of SEO tools including AHRefs, SEMRush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Deepcrawl
- Strong business development and prospecting skills with demonstrated experience building long-term partner relationships
- Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution
- Able to apply critical thinking and macro-level optimization to break through traffic plateaus and triage/provide the appropriate guidance
