Job Description
How You’ll Succeed
- Campaign/Business Management – Provide highly specialized advice and consultation to business partners to build contact strategies, direct marketing plans and campaigns. Adopt a holistic view of all campaigns and manage the integrated direct marketing calendar. Build and update fiscal calendar for all campaigns. Ensure campaign tracking and reporting.
- Project Management – Project planning, management and scheduling skills sufficient to prioritize large scale projects and meet project deadlines and for managing complex campaigns.
- Relationship Management – Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain internal and external network of contacts. You have strong influencing skills necessary to gain commitment and support to desired objectives. Facilitate leads governance meetings and prime on prioritization of campaigns.
- Reporting, Planning and Delivery – Build executive dashboards for status and campaign error reporting. Champion/scale successes and best practices in overall planning and campaign delivery. Deliver improvements and enhancements to tools, process and capabilities
- Enable Agile Delivery – Educate, coach, and mentor team on Agile/Scrum best practices. Promote Agile/Scrum values and support teams transformation to Agile/Scrum work practices. Analyze current processes and work with team to implement improvements that optimize productivity and maximize business value. Facilitate key Agile/Scrum rituals including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospective Meetings
Who you are
- You can demonstrate 5+ years experience in Digital & Database Marketing and Campaign Development. It’s an asset if you have prior experience leveraging a tool such as IBM Campaign Management (UNICA), or similar applications.
