Job description: Dow’s Digital Commerce team is expanding and we’re looking for a candidate who can drive digital excellence across our organization. Does this sound like you? The Digital Experience Specialist role will be located at the global headquarters in Midland, MI.
About You
In this role, you will be a self-starter and drive best-in-class digital marketing practices across our new Digital Commerce organization. As we build our e-commerce experience, you will work with our businesses to expand the use of these capabilities by implementing actionable digital strategies aligned to marketing plans. You will also support industry benchmarking, gap identification, and the establishment of KPI’s and metrics to deliver easy, enjoyable, and effective experiences for both customers and employees.
You will also be responsible for the following tasks:
The ability able to understand and articulate to our commercial teams, end-to-end digital commerce capabilities using best-in-class digital capabilities:
Integrated Campaign Management using Persuasive Digital Selling
Digital Channel Strategy Development (Distribution, Digital Marketplaces)
Sharing of Best Practices across the Organization
Customer Journey Orchestration & Experience Management using:
Product Catalog including Search and Comparison Tools
Technical Library and Gated Content
Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Omnichannel Campaign Integration (SEM, Website, Email, Webinars, Social Media, 3rd Party)
Develop and Manage a Pipeline of Contacts and Leads using Inquiry and Lead Management:
Activity Capture and Profile Development (prospects and customers)
Personalization and Targeting
Conversion Optimization and Testing (A/B)
Inquiry Forms and Lead Scoring Models
Leverage digital analytics and conversion testing to optimize digital commerce processes and customer journeys.
Your skills, knowledge and abilities include:
Drive: entrepreneurial mindset and initiative with strong bias-to action. You are a known self-starter who works independently and receives minimal guidance.
Digital Marketplaces & Social Platforms: experience working in social platforms and marketing technologies such as WeChat and Knowde.
Quantitative Analysis & Metrics: strong analytical skills and ability to pull data and analyze metrics to make decision that allow us to build best-in-class marketing plans.
Planning & Organization: ability to effectively plan key tasks, participate in medium to large global initiatives concurrently and balance multiple priorities without compromising existing service levels and customer satisfaction. You are detail oriented with your work.
Communication: strong oral and written communication skills.
Cross-functional Teamwork: manage conflict constructively, value diversity and capable of building positive relationships and collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines. You effectively collaborate cross functionally, for example:
Collaborate with Commercial Teams to leverage digital experience capabilities in marketing plans to achieve business objectives
Coordinate with R&D to manage product information in the catalog
Work with IT to identify gaps and ensure correct technology is being utilized
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

Your preferred qualifications include:
A degree discipline in digital marketing, sales, or a general business field
Experience using and integrating core digital commerce capabilities. For example: product catalog management, web content management, digital asset management, B2B marketplaces, 3rd party portals, search engine marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, customer data platform, personalization & targeting, conversion optimization, lead generation, web analytics.
