We are looking to grow our team and are currently hiring a Manager, Digital Analytics Implementation & Data Visualization. This position will help support our core analytics implementation processes across our MarTech stack, as well as supports reporting, demand generation, insights and our data democratization agenda through the creation and utilization of dynamic KPI driven dashboards and data visualizations. #LI-Hybrid
What you will do
Implementation Management
- Responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of all digital analytics and data collection initiatives across our global platform
- Collaborate closely with Digital Product, Marketing and Content Publishing to ensure proper tagging and integration across the various components of the Martech stack in order to drive measurement plans that inform the business on experience design, personalization and testing opportunities.
- Drive overall web analytics data quality by applying best practices across our tool, automation and measurement approaches
- Owning and maintaining implementation documents such as SDR, Data Layer specifications, as well as custom JavaScript
- Design, develop and deliver reports, dashboards (Power BI), and data insights that provide value to our business partners
Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Support stakeholders with 3rd party marketing tag injection via Adobe Launch (beacons, pixels, custom tracking etc.)
- Advise stakeholders around net new product adoption and integrations
- Provide consultancy services to parallel teams – make recommendations based on expertise across our tools, executions and domain.
Products and Innovation
- Work alongside internal and external development teams to ensure data integrity in product and feature enhancements
- Partner with technology teams to execute web analytics tagging and data layer implementation
- Work with a cross functional team on evaluating data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to improve program performance
Tracking and metrics
- Assist our digital stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and overall measurement strategies across our digital customer journeys
- Provide quarterly and annual performance analysis presentations based on multiple sources of data such as web analytics tools, social media monitoring tool, Google AdWords, email campaigns and etc.
What you bring to the role
- Completion of a relevant undergraduate degree or diploma.
- 5+ years of work experience in the measurement and analysis of website performance and digital marketing campaigns
- Experience with a digital analytics solution required (e.g. Adobe Analytics/Omniture SiteCatalyst, Webtrends, Google Analytics)
- Minimum of 2 year of work experience with tag manager (Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager).
- 1+ year working experience on SQL Server, or other structured relational database platforms; and intermediate level of SQL skills
- Preferable to have knowledge on A/B testing tools (i.e. Adobe target, Optimizely)
- Experience working in a role with responsibility for multiple stakeholders or clients (e.g. digital agency experience)
- Excellent written and communications and data interpretation skills, to prepare and present concise reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Have work experience with Adobe Experience Cloud suite is an asset
- 2 years of experience on data visualization platforms, such as PowerBI, Tableau or similar considered an asset
