RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and execute measurement strategies for multiple lines of business to test, measure and optimize digital marketing and online customer experiences.
  • Partner with business leads (Product, Marketing, etc.) to design and execute end-to-end digital analytics implementations, including requirements, implementation, QA, and reporting.
  • Architect digital analytics solutions through a standard, universal lens across all lines of business, with additional focus on reliability, scalability, performance and compliance.
  • Be driven by the integrity of analytics data collection, ensuring that the business can be guided by quality data and insights.
  • Write documentation for business users, marketers, and web/mobile developers that details the digital analytics solution from both a business and technical perspective.
  • Define measurement strategies for multiple lines of business to enable functional business teams and the enterprise, to measure, understand and optimize online customer experiences.
  • Making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and develop plans to help operationalize analytic solutions.
  • Perform Marketing Analytics, Campaign Measurement, and Reporting/Visualization using a combination of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SQL, SAS, and Tableau.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience implementing digital analytics tracking solutions for web and/or mobile experience.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics industry trends: tracking libraries and SDKs, cookies, data layer, tag management systems, report suite configuration, etc.
  • Comfort with technical documentation and independently developing innovative, untested solutions.
  • Experience enabling digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 360, and other marketing technologies such as Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, conversion pixels, etc.
  • Comfort working alongside various functional teams (business, product, tech, etc.), across various lines of business.
  • Supportive–the success of partner teams is our success.
  • Product Management, Web Development or Tech background is a bonus
  • SQL and Python experience is a plus.

What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will help deliver business strategies (both information/content and transactional/acquisition) across digital channels for RBC Credit Cards. This role is comprised of two key functions: 1) Campaign collaboration with Marketing & Product stakeholders to drive strategy for and execute on digital channels. 2) Digital channel management including site management, continuous optimization and capability development (tools, calculators and APIs), within the public site channels.

What will you do?

  • Lead the public client experience (web and email channels) to grow digital sales & retention using data collection, personalization, real-time testing and funnel optimization.
  • Drive revenue by increasing the volume of qualified prospects to digital properties for Cards using SEO, client-first user experiences, and continuous testing.
  • Foster strong relationships with Business and Marketing partners in order to become a trusted advisor and a digital SME.
  • Manage large, cross functional digital marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.
  • Dive deeply into data by creating ad-hoc and standardized reporting to support marketing hypotheses and ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Develop new technology, processes and capabilities which further revenue growth and cost reduction.
  • Present recommended solutions, data analysis and results to Business & Marketing partners and executives.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 7+ years of digital site management and digital marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of internet technologies (including SFMC), content, usability, information architecture, accessibility, privacy; with currency in emerging technologies and platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO, Google Data Studio, Google Optimize, FTP, managing through dev/staging/prod environments
  • Exceptional client, project and vendor management skills
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills

The CABHI Marketing and Communications team is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies for a wide range of internal and external audiences to support CABHI’s operational plan, business goals, strategic objectives and brand awareness goals. The team manages CABHI’s reputation; brand stewardship, social and digital media, event planning, media relations, marketing outreach and audience engagement. Reporting to the Executive Director, Health Innovations, the Digital Marketing Specialist works with colleagues from across CABHI to improve the user experience for members, clients and partners and expand the reach and engagement of our virtual innovation community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop digital content strategies with internal stakeholders to grow audience size and engagement, including ROI analysis, developing and tracking relevant success metrics
  • Develop and maintain marketing/communication tactics for CABHI’s virtual end user community engagement platform (called “Leap”) to support recruitment, engagement and growth of active users Work with Leap team to understand and develop new strategies to engage clients, build community, and drive awareness and excitement around new services and offerings from Leap
  • Using a variety of communication channels, novel content, and digital engagement, maintain consistent exposure of Leap programs and services to members and clients. This includes designing webpages, blog posts, social media posts, case studies, user guides, newsletter articles, sales collateral, product releases, event recruitment materials, and more
  • Drive the creation and management of a content calendar for our website, social media channels, newsletters, and more
  • Consider SEO impact, with content ideated, created and optimized for Google search (keyword, competitor and lifecycle research)
  • Support the integration of CRM (Salesforce.com) and digital channels (e.g.Mailchimp, social, web activity) to drive growth of Leap membership
  • Conduct research and make recommendations that leverage web analytics to optimize marketing and strategies

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • University degree in marketing, or communications with emphasis on digital marketing (preferred)
  • 3 years’ related experience developing content including researching, writing and editing copy across a broad range of media, including digital, social and print
  • Experience in the healthcare and/or innovation sectors an asset
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and performance tracking platforms (Google Analytics, SiteImprove)
  • CRM and SalesForce experience an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of social and digital marketing platforms and tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Podcast services, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp, Eventbrite etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
