About this role:

What you’ll do:

Reporting

  • In partnership with your peers, maintain existing reporting while working to improve and refine these reports and processes, and build new reporting as needed.
  • Ensure regular reporting is delivered smoothly and in a timely manner
  • Support and implement the automation of Digital reporting and analysis.
  • Work collaboratively to build dashboards focused on digital banking KPI’s such as digital adoption and digital sales.

Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct ad hoc deep dives to solve questions and inform strategic recommendations using a variety of data sources. Be comfortable telling stories with data.

About the MarTech Architect role

We are seeking a Marketing Technology Architect to lead enterprise marketing technology implementation and transformation projects. Things you should know

  • This role reports to our Canadian Marketing Director who is currently on a maternity leave, so there will be a lot of ownership and responsibility that will naturally transition to the Marketing Manager
  • This role currently leads a team of two direct reports – junior designer and marketing intern – but your influence would extend well outside of the immediate marketing team
  • While we are still largely working from home, this role has an events component to it, which happens mostly in Toronto; plus there will definitely be meetings and trainings that we would ask you to come to the office for

What will make you successful in this role

  • This is a key role for our team, and we are looking for someone who has managed and developed PR initiatives and projects as well as lead media relations
  • Having worked in B2B marketing is going to be key in understanding this job quickly so that you can make an impact
  • Having some exposure to digital media or the ad-tech space will help you ramp up faster in thai role. If you have never heard of programmatic advertising, this is probably not the right role for you
  • We move fast, so an ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads is very important for this role

What you will do…

  • Contribute to the creation of an ecosystem that spans channels, products and lines of business making sure to monitor, analyze and identify opportunities related to key priorities while shaping the North Star ecosystem.
  • Uncover opportunities to drive digital enhancements relating to Converged through synthesis of Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Frontline reporting and competitive analysis
  • Identify risks and opportunities to drive digital adoption of customer base for both brands: Rogers and Fido
  • Coordinate within the team to prepare ad hoc analysis, operations reviews, highlighting results, annual & quarterly planning, and key stories for the leadership team
