We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Whitehorse, YT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Maintain contact lists
– Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
