Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionIn the Account Production Lead role, management and execution of creative development and production across integrated marketing platforms including print, social, web/app, video, out-of-home, in-game and experiential. You are a creative self-starter with an ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client satisfaction with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with the Creative, Strategy, Brand, and Digital teams; Focusing on delivering engaging content and experiential initiatives that connect our fans to our brands.Position Type: 4 Month Full -Time ContractAs the creative shepherds, Account Production Leads are responsible for leading all project stakeholders through creative development.
- Primary point contact for assigned projects. Responsible for managing projects end-to-end: from intake to production to final delivery ensuring that the work is on brief, on time, and on budget.
- Conduct efficient and directed intake meetings to ensure alignment across all stakeholders prior to work commencing.
- Schedule and manage project-related meetings across all stakeholders and follow up with meeting notes and next steps to keep the project on track.
- Providing the framework for, and participating in, Creative Ideation as projects develop.
- Coordinate key elements of the project, ensuring deliverables reflect the brief/statement of work (SOW).
- Developing and monitoring timelines for each project, as well as managing the commitment to workback schedules that are approved by all stakeholders.
- Ensure sufficient resources are available to support requested work on proposed timelines, and manage external resources as required.
- Liaise with internal and external collaborators for materials and approvals, as well as management of scope creep.
- Ensure all projects are quality-checked and meet expected standards prior to delivery.
- Prepare postmortem analysis regarding project overview, delivery, future recommendations and key learnings.

- Post Secondary Graduate from a Marketing or Advertising program.
- 3-5 years experience in an ad agency, design firm or communications company is an asset.
- Experience in account planning across multiple platforms (print, digital, email marketing, motion graphics & video).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively.
- Understanding of research and media metrics.
- Confident in gathering feedback and communicating solutions.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative self-starter with an ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client satisfaction.
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop professional relationships.
- Passionate, committed, outgoing, enthusiastic, reliable, and works well within a team environment.
- Understanding of Adobe editing and design software and systems, and WorkFront (or other project management tool) is an asset.
- Ability to assess scope of work and troubleshoot quickly and take hands-on action as needed.
- Adaptability: MLSE is a constantly growing and changing environment, and while processes are required, a fluid approach and willingness to change according to corporate priorities and transitions is necessary.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
