BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of experience in client-facing data analysis roles.
– 3+ years of experience in a consulting role in the digital media/AdTech space, or 3+ years of advertising experience with a top advertiser (agency or client-side).
– Ability to translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for advertisers and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Excellent data-driven storytelling skills – you can create and deliver compelling, complex analyses in a simple way with outstanding visuals.
– Demonstrated expertise in advertising measurement methodologies, experimentation, marketing mix modeling, and consumer insights research.
– In-depth understanding of advanced statistical techniques and methodologies, as well as simple linear regression analysis, multivariate regression analysis, and model building.
– Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write queries from scratch, create appropriate joins, extract and manipulate data, format fields, and create new measures and metrics.
– Fluency with analytical tools (Python, R, SAS, etc.).
– Complete understanding of the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns.
– Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience with advertising publishers and marketing/creative agencies.
– MBA, Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Advertising, or Business/Digital media planning experience.
– Experience in performance advertising in a role where you managed significant complexity and scaling challenges.
– Experience and familiarity with the AWS stack.
