Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, managing emails and correspondence, and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Maintain contact lists

Operating in an extremely fast-paced, exciting, and collaborative environment with globally recognized yarn and thread brands, Spinrite’s Digital Marketing team is responsible for growing consumer engagement and driving conversions through our direct-to-consumer channels. To this end, the Digital Marketing Specialist will support key marketing campaigns through email and paid ads on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other channels. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind paired with a creative, empathetic approach to marketing. The ability to work and function in a team environment is a must.

In this role, you can expect to exercise your skillset in competencies that include email campaign development, segmentation, marketing automations, media buying, media planning/strategy and programmatic search/search engine marketing (SEM).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the deployment of weekly email marketing communications.
  • Guide the development and deployment of user journeys (triggered CRM communications) supporting the consumer throughout all stages of their lifecycle (welcome series, first time buying triggers, repeat buying triggers, reactivation efforts based on cohorts, etc.).
  • Lead regular list hygiene to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide in-depth campaign analytics to help direct approach to promotions and inspirational content
  • Execute of paid social and search campaigns to help achieve overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Manage each campaign’s assigned ad spend and clicks daily with a focus on maximizing ROAS while improving conversion quality.
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Effectively communicate key business health metrics, including campaign performance, ROI, traffic, and test results.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience working with ESPs and email marketing/segmentation tools: Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Experience leading successful campaigns working across paid digital marketing channels, including media planning, and buying experience for social, search, and display.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation techniques, optimizing and growing organic digital channels, and reporting on their success.
  • Knowledge of search and social marketing landscape, online marketing tactics, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Hyper aware of email marketing trends, best practices, and technologies
  • Meticulous attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • A strong grasp of web analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven (performance) marketing.
