  • Ability to perform various Accounting Functions
  • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Auditing skills
  • Familiarity with Balance Sheet Account
  • Experience in conducting Annual Inventory
  • Ability to Enter Vendor Invoices
  • Experience managing Multiple Vendors
  • Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations and Cash Reconciliations
  • Knowledge of Accrual Accounting, Accruals, and Monthly Accruals
  • Familiarity with Accounts Receivables Systems
  • Experience with LEED Accounts Payable
  • Ability to Analyze Financial Statements including Bank Statements, Billing Statements, Cash Flow Statements, Consolidated Financial Statements, Credit Card Statements, Monthly Statements, Year-end Financial Statements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions
  • Ability to handle Purchase Orders and Sales Quotes
  • Experience with Sage 100 accounting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience in Reconciling Bank Statements and Vendor Statements
  • Ability to Review Financial Statements and perform Statement Reconciliations
